Job Description

In response to the COVID 19 virus, we are now offering remote positions and virtual interviews are available.

We are looking to fill a Customer Service Representative position.

Customer Service Representatives are engaged in direct client interaction with the support of our diverse team of professionals at an assigned location. Working as a team in a decentralized management structure empowers our teams to rapidly make decisions that impact how they perform. We keep an open-door policy for new ideas and encourage our team members to use their ingenuity to execute their duties in an experiential and results measured setting. The combination of this structure with our talented team members allows us to quickly respond to changing market conditions and to exceed the expectations of our clients. We welcome candidates with vibrant personalities and from diverse backgrounds.

Specific job duties include, but are not limited to, meeting with clients directly, based on their request, and helping them to understand the benefits they have through work that were set up by their Union President. Promotions are always based on personal growth and work ethic and can be offered within the first 6 months of employment to candidates that exhibit strong leadership. Managers in training have responsibilities such as being involved in the training process, the hiring process, leading meetings, and building structure for junior associates Emails will be sent to applicants that appear to meet most or all of the requirements to set up an interview with management. Interviews will include a meeting to go into further detail about the company, position, benefits, and pay, as well as a meet and greet with the management team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 Year Customer Service Experience
  • Outgoing Personality
  • Passionate About Helping Others
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Multi-Lingual is a Plus
