**This is a traveling position - hourly plus commission
The Management Trainee qualifies prospective customers through targeted questioning to identify core needs regarding various medical options for patients. The role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This is a traveling position along with a secure hourly base plus commission. This role starts as a sales position but has the opportunity to move into a managerial role and oversee a designated territory.
Identify sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluations
Meet with potential new leads as well as existing customers
Mentorship of the existing team and potential new team members
Continued education in promotional sales techniques and client campaign development, promotional knowledge
Relationship building and representation of client brands in a professional manner
Promote multiple promotional sales campaigns and manage existing accounts
Learn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development with an assigned promotional sales manager
Travel is required to meet with doctors and patients
This position will be responsible for effectively managing the clients products and services and making sure to deliver their message to a potential new lead efficiently. Management Trainees in this position will gain a sound understanding of our customers, products, processes and systems, which will enable them to prepare for opportunities in an executive management position.

This is a trainee position. The candidate will initially be trained fully in all aspects of the role.
Basic understanding of products and learning how to sell through on the job training.
Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills, preferably with top Sales Managers and implement their strategies
