The Litigation Paralegal will assist in enhancing attorney effectiveness, manage client relationships, and provide support in the areas of case development, client management, and communications with all parties involved in the case, (including opposing counsel, judges’ chambers, and state agencies). The Legal Assistant will assist the attorney in supporting client and case development from the intake stage through the collections of accounts.

Must have at least 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired.
Must have excellent drafting skills.
Must have experience scheduling/calendaring/e-filing. Will be handling the scheduling of all client appointments, depositions, and hearings.
Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, and have experience in litigation and legal matters.
Must have excellent computer and writing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
The ability to effectively interact with attorneys.
