Generally, the internship season is for 10 - 12 weeks between mid-May and the third week of August with students returning back to school at the end of the internship season to continue their college pursuit.
Interns follow a rigorous program that includes the completion of certain assigned projects in addition to their regular duties, volunteering at least one day at a local charitable organization and attending lunch and learns with management and other internal experts. At the end of the summer, interns present a summary of the main project they worked on along with other key learnings in a presentation to BN management and receive feedback to ensure their learnings have been mutually beneficial to both student and company.
New interns are required to submit their resume and cover letter along with their stated desired internship role and planned college degree with anticipated graduation date. Interviews are required.
