Part Time Growth and Marketing Representative

Hourly plus bonus potential!

Our Growth and Marketing Representative gets paid hourly plus bonus based on job performance.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic team member to promote our services and support the growth of our company through communication, leadership and innovation. This is a key position with our growing company and an opportunity to use your sales and interpersonal relationship skills to be a part of our growth.

The Growth and Marketing Representative will drive new business to our inspectors by developing relationships with realtors and other industry partners, participating in promotional activities and supporting the development and implementation of our marketing and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of our services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals to generate new referrals
  • Generate leads
  • Contact top producers using a variety of sales methods
  • Create and deliver presentations
  • Establish regular activities to retain current real estate professionals
  • Monitor agent activity
  • Collaborate with Operations and Services teams
  • Participate in trainings, sales meetings and promotional events
  • Utilize available tools and resources to create marketing and sales materials
  • Make prospecting calls to arrange one on one appointments
  • Maintain reports for management review
  • Create newsletters and other publications for realtors and clients
  • Manage social media activity in cooperation with Growth Manager
  • Maintain records of marketing expenses within budgeted limits
  • Develop innovative and effective strategies for growth
  • Participate in regular marketing and growth personal development activities
  • Maintain and extract data from CRM

Necessary Skills

  • Dynamic written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of business technology software and systems (MS Office, Google G Suite, Zoom, CRM etc) for integration and procedural enhancements
  • Ability to develop rapport with potential clients and business partners
  • Ability to positively address and embrace challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Time management skills

Required Experience, Training and Education

  • Successful experience in sales or business development
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred, but not required
  • Experience or knowledge of the real estate industry a Plus
  • Good driving record
  • Experience in the creation and delivery of presentations and trainings
