Bullseye Strategy is seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Media Search Marketing Manager with the ability to work across multiple accounts and industries for a variety of agency clients. You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, optimizing and day-to-day management of multiple paid search accounts. In addition, the Paid Search Marketing Manager will support the management, maintenance and reporting from digital analytics tools and insights (this will include both Google Analytics and dashboards/BI tools ).
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of prior paid search marketing and Google Analytics experience. You must be willing to roll your sleeves up and fully optimize accounts yourself as well as inspire and train a team to assist you in those efforts. You must excel in a team environment as a shared resource to multiple clients and projects.
As the full-time Paid Search Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building strategically targeted campaigns across channels, managing those campaigns for multiple clients and identifying and recommending strategies that will increase performance and ROAS for each client. You will be responsible for campaign research and development , presenting your recommendations to internal strategists and account managers, and finally to clients.
The Paid Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for supplying meaningful reporting across multiple clients and you will assist in building and refining business-critical reports and analysis to improve insights, enhance data-driven paid media strategies, and drive optimization of campaigns. The Paid Search Marketing Manager will work in collaboration with the paid media team, strategists, account managers, and clients.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities/traits:
Currently working in Google Ads and Bing, managing small budgets to over $300,000 per month per client with experience across a wide variety of industries
Experience in Google Analytics including tagging, event and goal tracking, reporting, interpretation of data
Ability to prepare and present search recommendations to clients based on insights and data from industry/agency tools and prior experience
Set up, manage, optimize, analyze and report on campaign performance in Google and Bing
Ability to write creative, engaging ad copy for a variety of clients in a variety of industries to achieve outstanding results for clients
Manage accounts to specific ROAS targets
Ability to analyze which campaigns are running effectively and develop recommendations to improve ad performance
Organizational skills to run multiple campaigns simultaneously
Be able to work on deadline and within budget
Possess and demonstrate a true team player mentality
Define, document and implement processes to improve overall search department and agency efficiencies
Mentor and support a team to enhance their professional group and add more value to the agency and clients

3 years of relevant digital agency experience with specific experience in Google Ads
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Successful organization skills and ability to execute effectively on assigned workload
Confident, clear, effective communication - both internal teams and client-side
Outstanding project management and communication skills
Proficient in Google Analytics (Google Analytics Certified preferred)
Proficient in Excel
Work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to different types of inquiries
Be a fast, flexible and effective problem solver
Be proactive and self-motivated
Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and efficiently with various internal and external resources
A strong desire to constantly learn, develop, and improve
Performs other duties as assigned
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field of advertising or marketing or equivalent combination of education plus work experience
