As part of a team, you’ll play a key role in helping Bull Moose Marketing execute omni-channel marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients across industries. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Account Manager, you’ll work together to grow and develop your role, while taking responsibility to be the key point of contact and assume responsibility for developing and implementing these strategies and client relationships for your assigned portfolio. You will need to frequently communicate results and troubleshoot roadblocks along the way, looping in the Sr. Account Manager when needed.
As an Account Manager, you will be challenged to progressively improve and manage all aspects of your client’s marketing strategy, including:
Website design, management & SEO
Lead generation & sales email marketing
Search engine marketing
Email marketing and newsletters
Social media & PR
Digital advertising campaigns
Marketing automation tools (HubSpot chatbots, pop-ups, etc.)
Multi-channel analytics reporting
A/B testing across platforms (email marketing, pop-ups, website CTAs, chatbots)
In short, as an Account Manager, you are the team quarterback for assigned accounts. You are the focal point, and you are responsible for everything that happens or fails to happen in managing an account.
Work with the Content Production Manager and Director of Digital Strategy to ensure resource availability and allocation for creative talent, dictating timelines per the agency’s standard operating procedures for content development.
Work with the Content Production Manager to develop a detailed project plan against creative briefs, track progress, manage timelines, costs, and changes in scope or scope creep.
Manage changes in project or account scope, schedule, and costs
Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to the client
Work with contractors when required with the Content Production Manager
Deliver proactive communication on reporting and campaign progress with your assigned portfolio of clients
Be responsible for planning ahead for all marketing initiatives using the campaign planner tool and marketing calendar, creating tasks in Monday.com (“Chuck”) with all necessary details to loop in all team members necessary to drive initiatives forward.
