Builders Surplus of Louisville is hiring a Social Media/ Marketing Coordinator to run our online presence for multiple stores in different cities Louisville and Newport.
This is a unique position that requires an individual who wants to learn and grow while managing a large array of marketing tools for a small business. You would be very involved in the management of our Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Adwords and Pinterest sites.
in addition by using wordpress you would update and maintain our website utilizing current lead generating techniques to grow sales in both locations.
This individual will also manage many aspects of our traditional marketing like TV, Email and Print.
Brand Development - Grow and improve the Why behind Builders Surplus in both Markets
Target Demographic - Learn, know and understand our key demo
Goal Setting - Website Traffic, People Counts, Transaction Value, Reviews and Sales. Goal and drive improvement!
Web Development - Constant and Never ending improvement of our website
Content Strategy - Our Buying Proposition based on Market / Demo Segment. Deploy content to address each one.
Promotions - Define a yearly calendar of promotions and execute to that plan, recap Improve and repeat
Engage - Monitor Social Media and respond to customers daily as they inquire about our business and services
Convert - Generate leads, insert into funnels that allow us to cultivate and ultimately convert those leads to customers.
ROI - Monitor spending and quantify ROI per platform with the goal of improvement.
This position is full time hourly and would be a great fit for the right individual.
Ability in Graphic Design, Photography, video editing beneficial.
This position reports directly to the Company President.
