Administrative Assistant needed for local Company.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of office tasks including answering a high volume of incoming calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients with the completion of paper and electronic documents. This is a fast-paced office and the ideal candidate will be resourceful and able to work independently.
*Ability to prioritize and multi-task
*Ability to type approximately 30wpm
*Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
*Desire and ability to research and solve problems independently when necessary
*At least one year of experience in an office setting or a combination of experience and education
*Great written and verbal communication skills
