In Short:

You will be responsible for preventative and correctional maintenance of various pieces of industrial heavy equipment. Don't worry, we supply the tools!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify that tools and equipment are in proper working condition
• Update and maintain all maintenance records
• Repair all equipment including front end loaders, quarry trucks, trailers and forklifts
• Perform welding, cutting, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic work
• Provide feedback to supervisors and operators on improvement of PM tasks and maintenance operations
• Order parts, tools, and materials needed to repair and maintain equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements

• Formal education/ training required
• Minimum two years of experience in hydraulic diagnosis and repair, welding, steel fabrication and industrial mechanics
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Basic shop arithmetic skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Physically fit with the ability to lift objects weighing between 50-100 pounds
