Job Description

We want you to join our TEAM! Our modern, progressive orthodontic team is looking for a full-time or part-time Orthodontic Assistant for our fun, fast-paced multi-location practice. We are looking for an energetic, results-focused team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is passionate about helping our patients achieve beautiful smiles!

Our state-of-the-art orthodontic practice is headquartered in Waukesha, with 15 locations throughout the surrounding area. You will be required to commute between more than one office location, in nearby proximity to one another, and must have reliable transportation. We are currently hiring at all locations. As part of our team, you will contribute to the success of the practice by having a positive attitude and collaborative team support, as well as delivering the highest quality of orthodontic patient care.

** No night or weekend hours**

Job Tasks

-Prepare teeth for bonding and debonding
-Assisting in the placement and removal of appliances
-Record patient charting and records from the doctor
-Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients
-Impress patients for appliances
-Communication with patients regarding treatment and oral hygiene
-Managing a fast-paced patient schedule

Required experience:

-Orthodontic Assistant experience preferred, but happy to train the right person.
-Experience in Invisalign and functional treatment is a plus!

** Bilingual candidate strongly preferred but not necessary **

Hourly compensation is commensurate with experience and skill level. No experience starts at $15 an hour and compensation increases based on experience and qualifications. ** Offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus after a probationary period for experienced, qualified candidates**
