You will be the expert in providing the highest levels of internal and external customer support.
- Professionally assist customers with their order requirements
- Communicate with operational sites to coordinate deliveries
- Ensure customer deliveries include all contractual changes and are invoiced in a timely manner, in order to maximize cash flow and relieve inventory in SAP
- Understand and maintain customer profiles to reflect customer(s) contract
- SAP capability, Lotus Notes, computer literacy in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comply with all government regulation (including NRCan, TDG, OH&S, and WHMIS)
- Comply with all government tax regulations and laws in accordance with invoicing policies.
