This position is for a Bronx office location (400+ Exclusive listings provided by us) Start earning immediately! For serious candidates only. Must be willing to work at the office location (not a remote position). We are looking for serious candidates to join our leasing department team in the Bronx! We currently have only 3 open positions, so act fast. We have agents making between $75K - Over $250K.

Responsibilities: • Post ads on Street Easy and Zillow/Trulia and other sites • Preview Apartments and take pictures/videos • Monitor leads and contacts them accordingly • Contact the leads as soon as possible • Prequalify the leads for appointments • Book appointments with qualified leads only • Show apartments that fit their needs • Application process guidance • Accountability meetings • Repeat the process with excitement Qualifications: • A proven record of success in business • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Publisher • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Excellent communication skills • NY real estate license is a must • Be on time, work hard and go the extra mile About Company: BRUMA Stands for BRonx Upper MAnhattan; our focus areas.
