We are looking for a New Case Specialist/NICE inContact Coordinator to join this team and help guide our prospective clients towards the legal representation that they need. We need someone who is passionate, confident, experienced and looking to help us grow. We have both full-time and part-time positions available in our 24/7 operation.
-Answering potential clients incoming calls
-Responding to clients who have reached out via webforms
-Collecting clients determine if they have a claim
-Helping clients determine if they have a claim
-Resolving problems and handling client's issues in a professional and confidential manner
-Become a floor expert on the NICE phone system
-Being the eyes and ears for the operation of NICE during your shift after hours and weekend.
-Communicates upward as issues are identified
-Move and shift personnel in/out of inbound and outbound status as volume demand
Required Education and/or Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and work in a busy call center environment is a requirement. Must be an empathetic listener. Must be detail oriented. Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must type at least 35 WPM. Call Center/Customer Service experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.
