Position: Fulfillment Specialist
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile documents and ensure accuracy to fulfill opportunities in a timely manner
Deliver leads/cases to customers in a timely manner as outlined in the company’s fulfillment protocol.
Identifying fulfillment issues and presenting those issues to the Fulfillment Supervisor. Proposing possible solutions to said issues if possible
Communicate customer disputes to Fulfillment Supervisor so that they may be intervened upon before they become difficult to ensure satisfaction.
Follow operations protocols and help identify beneficial changes to those protocols, as well as assisting in creating said protocols.
Manage claimant-attorney relationship by generating and delivering correspondence to include welcome packets, associating attorney letters, disengagement letters, and responding to claimant e-mails, etc.
Correspond with claimants regarding any questions and/or needs.
Storing, organizing, and managing files and documents
Identifies contractual issues and administers direction to the Intake Department to resolve
Record customer return requests in the company database so the Director may analyze in weekly report.
Engages in educational opportunities, continually updating job knowledge and participating in self-development activities
Qualifications
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Typing: 40+ words per minute
Ability to handle many tasks at once.
Must be detail-oriented and focused on data accuracy.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED certificate
Customer Service Experience preferred
