Job Description

This position is located in Naples, FL, and will require you to relocate. Relocation assistance is negotiable.

We are looking for a Lead Superintendent for leading multi-family General Contractor!

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years experience required.
Comfortable with basic computer skill. Daily reporting and scheduling is web based software.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Must promote jobsite safety by ensuring site is clean and presentable at all times

Responsibilities:

Adhere to and maintain project schedule
Confirm conformity with design and specifications
Communication with Client, Project Manager and Subcontractors.
Generating RFI's
Running weekly progress meetings
Completing Daily Reports

-Compensation commensurate with experience.

-Reference and Project list a must.
