Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Associate. Daily tasks will include collaborating with the marketing team, organizing trade shows and other events, being able to work independently and cross-functionally, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.

Pay:

$22.00-$24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Create social media posts and thought-content for Broadway Equipment Company and Auto Butler catering to B2B and B2C audiences
• Create MailChimp email marketing campaigns from two different perspectives: current and prospective customers.
• Monitor website analytics and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage printed marketing material inventory
• Gather informational and promotional items for trade shows

Skills:

• Associates or higher in Marketing or a related field.
• Website analytics exposure
• Canva or Adobe Suite proficiency

Required:

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Practical workplace experience working with SEO.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
