Job Description
Our amazing, mission-based organization is looking for a Director of Operations! At British Swim School, the Director of Operations is responsible for the overall success of day-to-day operations at all of our British Swim School locations. With a focus on professionalism, team cohesion, and exceptional customer service, the Director of Operations will ensure that British Swim School remains the Bay Area's premiere water survival and learn-to-swim program for students of all ages.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Oversee the recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining of quality instructors and deck ambassadors
  • Manage budgets to ensure long-term success for British Swim School
  • Ensure our 7-day-a-week program is delivered at a consistently high quality across all days and locations, including staff scheduling, progress updates, and quality checks
  • Promote and manage expansion and growth throughout our territory
  • Communicate effectively with families to provide an exemplary customer experience each and every interaction
  • Track key performance metrics and make adjustments and changes quickly and effectively
