Bristol Group is seeking a customer service representative ASAP . This position entails heavy phone use.
* Make calls to customers prior to their move date to confirm everything.
* Record all details from conversation in the moving software.
* Handle all incoming calls, asking for ETA, review moving charges, special instructions, etc.
* Handle claims regarding missing or damaged items.
* Call drivers to get all the paper work in order to update BOL and payment in moving software.
* Strong verbal skills and confidence on the phone.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Patience with customer service and upset customers.
* Work as a team player and communicate with other coworkers, Drivers,dispatcher.
* Strong computer skills with ability to learn programs quickly.
* Experience with moving preferred ( if not we will teach everything , must be quick learner)
