BRIO designs and develops custom web applications, portals, and sites. Our 23-person team works on these digital projects for a roster of about 40 active clients, and are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.
You’ll work as part of our Salesforce team to manage strategic engagements with clients, including designing and delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce.com. Additionally, you will work with our team to implement customer projects which encompass process analysis and design, system requirements and configuration, change management, training and deployment.
Our work varies from client to client, and experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems is necessary to meet project objectives while supporting clients’ new and expanding business objectives. We’re looking for people who:
Conduct discovery workshops with the client to clearly define business objectives
Creatively approach problem solving;
Enjoy team collaboration, yet have the ability to work independently;
Quickly adapt to and learn changing technologies and platforms;
Communicate clearly, easily, and openly, and with both technical and non-technical people;
Stay up to date on emerging technology trends for Salesforce.com;
Ability to design solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
You must be able to easily identify and manage Salesforce.com business requirements, oversee functional design, prototyping, process automation (flow and visual flows, workflows, and process builders), testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting implementations from beginning to end. You have business analyst skills with the ability to communicate, write requirements, and use cases for development teams on custom development teams. Experience in the ability to debug triggers, apex, and visual force pages is a plus.
We don’t sell a platform or a product, and every one of our projects varies from the last. Here’s a few things we’re busy with right now:
Cleansing and migrating data from various sources to Salesforce.com;
A customer analytics and activation platform designed for eCommerce;
A portal that allows fund managers and allocators to group and track a portfolio of investment opportunities.
Please note: This is an in-house position in our office in Conshohocken, PA. Though working remotely is an occasional possibility after 90 days of employment, you must be able to commute to our office on a regular basis.
