Exective Sales Assistant/ Sales Scheduler

We are seeking an Exective Sales Assistant/ Sales Scheduler to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting the VP of Sales in the routing and scheduling of sales appointments as well as aiding in the growth of salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign appointments to technicians company wide
  • Work with local sales leaders to improve the sales process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Communicate with customers regarding their experience
  • Reschedule missed customer appointments
  • Assist in recruiting new sales persons

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with reps and customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask and stay organized
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communicator
