We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to oversee the door to door lead setters in our Denver office
- Build, develop and manage door to door lead setters
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations of lead generation
- Hold daily sales training meetings and daily conference calls
- Our Top Sales Manager makes over $190,000 a year
- Our Lowest Paid Sales Manager is paid $90,000 a year
- Our Average Sales Manager makes $140,000 a year
Who would be a good fit for us:
We are looking fora sales manger that can lead the lead setters. The lead setters are the engine to our company. Their leader is one of the most important jobs in our company. This may be the first sales job that a lot of the lead setters have had. We are looking for someone that enjoys teaching and training new reps on the basics of sales like confidence, being calm, good tones, hard work, patience, not getting distracted by a phone, etc... If you enjoy training, helping, inspiring confidence with new reps then this is a good fit for you.
