Discover your new role
We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our core leadership; you'll focus on building and scaling our fast-growing NetSuite teams. Your role is to lead the candidate experience for our later stage candidates as well as partner closely with our leadership to build a long-term talent strategy.
You will report to the HR Manager.
As aSr Technical Recruiterfor ourHRteam, you will report to HR Manager and perform the following activities and responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from kick-off meetings with hiring managers, to sourcing/screening, to closing candidates across a broad range of Technical and ERP implementation roles.
- Source for evergreen positions to create a diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Apply your experience and knowledge on market trends to meet our technical hiring needs and develop unique hiring strategies.
- Maintain recruiting reports and drive toward performance metrics.
- Partner closely with HR Manager to strategize in engaging talent pipelines for multiple teams.
- Create closing approaches to manage partner expectations through market data.
- Improve our current processes to continue to create scalability for hyper growth.
- Be passionate about providing excellent candidate experience and periodically review experiential data to enhance our offering.
- Maintain our employer brand in all external opportunities.
- Build a strong relationship with candidates and clients.
- Drive our offer process including extending offers and closing candidates.

- 3+ years of experience in Technical recruitment
- Must include experience in recruiting ERP/Netsuite profiles
- +1 year of experience manage and control of Recruitment KPIs
