Property Accountant

Our small but growing client is looking for a Property Accountant to come grow with them.
The Controller has been promoted internally two times. This role is contract to hire and onsite.
Looking for someone to grow & stay 5-10-15 years!
Responsibilities:
- Month-end procedures
- Financials, assisting with budgets, CAM Reconciliations
- Reading & entering leases into Yardi
- Some billing
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related accounting experience
- Yardi or R/E software knowledge
- Easy going demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
