Seeking a talented Product + Customer Support Specialist.

We design and sell versatile, modular gear bags for field professionals. With roots in general aviation, we quickly grew to become the preferred flight bag for private, commercial, and military pilots. We are now transitioning from being just a flight bag to being the premier gear bag company.

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative with a background in e-commerce to provide product support via email and phone. You will assist wholesale and direct customers with orders and shipping, and coordinate returns and warranty replacement. This position will require small package handling and some production work (labeling and packaging). Willing to train the right person.

Required skills/experience:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • 2+ years Customer Service experience
  • 1 year Shipping/Receiving

20 - 25 hours a week in our N. San Rafael office, can be flexible.
