We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative with a background in e-commerce to provide product support via email and phone. You will assist wholesale and direct customers with orders and shipping, and coordinate returns and warranty replacement. This position will require small package handling and some production work (labeling and packaging). Willing to train the right person.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word
- 2+ years Customer Service experience
- 1 year Shipping/Receiving

20 - 25 hours a week in our N. San Rafael office, can be flexible.
Compensation depending on experience.
