Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, provide, and facilitate programming using evidence-based treatment
  • Methods for a caseload of 10-15 clients.
  • Design programs and develop strategies to accomplish goals and objectives from client’s individualized treatment plan.
  • Conduct appropriate assessments
  • Actively train and provide ongoing support to Applied Behavior Analysis therapists, parents and


  • Provide direct treatment
  • Experience conducting assessments, such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, FBA and EFL
  • Monitor treatment integrity
  • Demonstrates experience managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid knowledge of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Evaluate risk management and crisis management
  • Ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols
  • Projects a professional appearance and demeanor

Other Duties

  • Attend planning meetings
  • Provide clinical data needed for authorizations
  • Monitor home chart for compliance and thoroughness


  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents, team members, and other

Education: Master’s Degree in ABA or related Field

Licensure: Current certification in BCBA, No sanctions or disciplinary actions on license or certification.

Required Experience

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years post graduate supervised clinical experience
  • At a minimum, one year post-graduate supervised clinical experience in treating children
  • At a minimum, one year post-graduate experience utilizing applied behavior analysis, behavior techniques, interventions, and developing/monitoring of behavior plan implementation
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supervising and training staff at varying levels of skills and abilities
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to travel to multiple worksites
  • Must have valid Auto Insurance
  • Must have reliable transportation

Bright Light Kids, LLC is an in home ABA therapy company that provides therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the Southwest Suburb areas. We are looking for a candidate who is strongly committed to providing quality behavior analytic programming with the utmost compassion, respect, and integrity. This position requires you to travel from house to house to supervise our therapists but also allows you to work remotley from home when you are not visiting our therapists and clients. We are currently looking to support the Suburbs of Chicago and will have additional areas to come.
