Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to join our sales-driven company! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions from our vast product line. This is an inside position but may require occasional visits to local customers and attendance to conventions. We'll teach you our systems and our product lines, you come with a great attitude, sense of urgency and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell fitness equipment to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Resolve customer inquiries
Set follow-up calls to keep customers aware of latest products and promotions
Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales and customer service would be great, but if not we're more than willing to teach you the ropes
Familiarity with CRM platforms and good general computer skills
Ability to build rapport with customers
Deadline and detail-oriented
