Basic Job Duties
Through innovative shared leadership with the managers of all Bridgeway services and programs including Behavioral Health, Substance Use, Crisis/SASS, Community Housing/Support and Employment, assure comprehensive and effective development and expansion of the System of Care. This System of Care includes working in coordination and collaboration with all external stakeholders and participants.
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Behavioral Health, Substance Use or related field preferred. A person with lived experience and at least one year of recovery required.
Skills/ Other Requirements
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, have good social, assessment and organization skills, and be able to work as a team member. Must have a commitment to work with persons with serious mental illness and demonstrate a belief in the principles of recovery and empowerment for persons with serious mental illness. Willingness to work flexible hours and basic computer navigation and word processing skills essential.
