The Industrial Engineer position is responsible for analyzing production and process systems in the plant to identify capabilities, improvements, and alternatives relating to safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing cost. Duties include determining, developing, driving, and implementing Gentan-I and Kaizen activities. Candidates must be able to understand, design, and improve data systems.


  • Machine capacity analysis; delay studies and time studies
  • Manpower analysis and production expectations
  • Project justification
  • Forecasting
  • Analyze and improve material flow
  • Continuous improvement/Bekido/Koka-i watch/Gemba
  • Layout/storage planning
  • Budget planning
  • Provide support to IE Manager on Special Projects

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and/or related field
  • Industrial Engineering internship(s)
