We are seeking a Marketing Director - Sales Enablement to partner with executives across the company to accelerate our digital transformation. This role will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of product marketing and lead generation programs to drive growth across the BridgeTower Media sales organization.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement:
Lead and participate in the development of sales collateral, including sales presentations, proposal templates, 1-sheets, kickoff documents and more
Create content to educate the sales team and advance deals such as case studies, and competitive analyses
Establish KPIs to quantify the impact of product marketing initiatives and develop targeted intervention programs to drive close rates and sales
Support corporate and business level sales initiatives with marketing strategies and solutions
Develop and execute Lead Generation programs to drive MQLs
Create ongoing lead nurturing programs to develop a sales pipeline with a focus on (but not limited to) Digital Marketing Solutions
Establish demand generation KPIs to quantify the value of marketing investments and proactively optimize programs
Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a product marketing and lead generation role. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required. This position requires excellent leadership and organizational skills, ability to combine analytical and creative thinking, as well as exquisite communication skills.
This individual will need to be an online marketing rockstar, with the ability to craft compelling sales positioning and collateral to drive sales. Must have thorough knowledge of content marketing and the willingness to be hands-on and produce compelling results.
