Terrific Marketing Manager position with a highly regarded national nonprofit. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the design and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns for all fundraising events including livestreams, 5k's, community-based fundraising, and donor experience. The role will provide the strategic direction needed for these fundraising marketing initiatives. This position will mentor and manage a team of 3. Candidates should have the ability to work cross-functionally within a large organization. Bachelor's degree or more extensive experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. Candidates must have 6+ years of related marketing experience. The organization currently operates on a hybrid schedule and the location is flexible. Salary + Bonus Potential + Stellar Benefits, including:

  • Partner across the organization to create marketing strategies in support of various peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives
  • Translate business objectives into marketing strategies
  • Manage the development and creation of omnichannel marketing campaigns and plans
  • Utilize analytics and insights to provide strategic recommendations for marketing plans
  • Oversee creative content development for campaigns and marketing plans
  • Develop and manage staff
  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Approximately 6+ years relevant experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce, DMI, or similar fundraising database
  • Ability to lead and collaborate within a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
