CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
REPORTS TO: Managing Partner
COMPENSATION: DOE (Salary + Commission)
LOCATION: Fully Remote
BridgePoint Associates, a recruiting firm with a national reach, is searching for a Client Services Manager to contribute to the sales/business development efforts for a new line of business. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join a growing team that will be responsible for researching, identifying and securing clients that require assistance with identifying candidates for open positions. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US. Salary + Commission.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new sales opportunities
- Introduce our services through a consultative approach to prospective new clients via email, phone and video conferences
- Secure new contracts with prospective clients to assist with recruiting for their open job searches
- Lead kick-off calls with clients along with our Talent Sourcing team to understand their needs for new job openings (i.e., responsibilities, qualifications, etc…)
- Deliver outstanding levels of customer service throughout the process, including timely responses to requests
- Communicate position requirements to the Talent Sourcing and Recruiting teams to ensure a successful recruitment process
- Post new jobs in the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and on social media
- Create detailed job descriptions and candidate communications for marketing purposes
- Participate in company-wide meetings to update the Recruiting team on the status of open positions
- Oversee the submission of qualified candidate resumes to clients
- Establish open lines of communication with clients to collect feedback on our candidates, as well as understand the status of their searches
- Ensure that all candidates are updated regularly regarding the status of their candidacy
- Identify potential candidate pools for open positions
- Ensure that the recruitment process proceeds in an efficient and effective manner
- Communicate offers to candidates, as needed
- Assist with sourcing and interviewing candidates, and other tasks, as necessary
Requirements:
- Approximately 2+ years of recruiting, sales, and/or related experience
- A team-player with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, collaborative environment
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Must operate with sense of urgency, have a great attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Desire to work remotely and focus to drive results
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
- Bachelor's Degree Required
