This second-generation women owned and operated family store has continued to grow through the years and is embarking on a major remodel to meet the needs of our clientele for the coming decade. We are looking for a full-time on site Integrator.

The individual in this position plays a key role in setting the tone for the entire organization and brand daily. Johannes Hunter Jewelers is looking for a strategic, analytical, and systems-savvy thinker to join our team. This Manager will be accountable for ensuring our Client Service, Client Relationship and Marketing departments deliver and adhere to our standards set from our CLIENT EXCELLENCE EXPERIENCE process that leads to increased revenue for the store and sales team, as well as improved experiences for our clients. You will work to fulfill our vision and strategy while maintaining our core values.

Trusted, intuitive, right-hand support to the owner
Demonstrate a willingness to lead, change and adapt on the fly
Manage team; be the liaison between owner and team members to ensure cohesive communication and optimal team performance and morale
Manage store processes, communication systems, alarm system procedures and controls
Team communication oversight (i.e. staff meetings, email and text alerts, policy changes)
Manage store logistics and team scheduling
Establish & manage efficient, effective, and profitable team and sales systems and processes
Accountable for improving Client Experience, ensuring efficient, effective, and profitable results
Establish and implement store Best Practices
Coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and projects
Produce quarterly reports and prepare required information to owner
Develop and maintain written systems for processes and activities
Exposure to boutique retail
Supervisory and training experience
Must have experience in managing projects in a sales environment
Analytical, intuitive and adept problem-solving skills
Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent process management
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy
Enjoys a good balance of analytical and creative thinking
