We are seeking a professional and energetic Inside Sales Account Manager to manage client
accounts from inception through completion. This position will build and maintain long-
standing customer relationships by providing exceptional service with careful attention to
The Inside Sales Account Manager serves as the lead for all incoming requests, develops
solutions and proposals that support the client’s business and marketing objectives. This role
will function as the coordinator for the design, fabrication and installation of signage projects
for multiple clients simultaneously. If you are a problem-solver with an excellent work ethic,
organization and communication skills, this may be a great fit for you. Experience in the
sign industry within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required.

Essential Experience and Qualifications (Candidates MUST meet these requirements in order to
be considered):

 Sign sales experience required
 Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
 Minimum of 2 years project management or project coordination experience
 Minimum of 5 years of sales or customer service experience in the sign industry
 Excellent communication skills and follow through with team members, vendors,
and customers; able to manage expectations and keep everybody on the same
page (phone, video, written)
 Build and maintain ongoing professional relationships with customers
 Demonstrated strong sense of urgency for task completion, while maintaining
people focus
 Ability to accurately organize and prioritize projects with a keen focus on details
 Ability to problem-solve, and suggest viable options, to best meet customer
 Ability to follow established process for completing all paperwork from initiation
through completion of customer projects (i.e., work order, POS entry, pre-
payment collection, artwork approval, reporting, etc.)
 Deadline-focused; client and mission driven

 Demonstrated excellence with personal time management
 Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with a calm, focused approach
 Ability to address customer concerns / complaints with professionalism
 Ability to maintain a pleasant, out-going demeanor and work in a team
 Demonstrated track record of honesty, dependability, and punctuality
 Must be computer literate and current on new technology; proficiency with
Microsoft Office required
 Specific Remote Requirements: Dedicated office space, excellent internet
connection, cell phone
