Business Development Account Executive

We are currently seeking an energetic, self-starter with results-driven mindset to join our team as a Business Development Account Executive to sell our portfolio of marketing services to small and medium sized businesses in the downtown Minneapolis, MN area. If you are looking for an exciting "hunter" sales career that allows you to help small and medium-sized businesses grow, we may be the perfect match!

Necessary Skills Include:

  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • At least 3-5 years of outside business-to-business sales/ business development experience
  • Proven successful business development track record
  • "Real world" understanding of a variety of marketing options for small businesses
  • Effective communication across the board
  • Detail-oriented but people focused
  • Excellent follow through
  • Experience with customer service tracking and reporting
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record and dependable transportation
  • Solution based or consultative sales training or experience preferred
  • Experience in direct marketing, digital and/or local advertising sales or as an account executive a plus
