A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCH / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
As a Dispatch / Customer Service Rep (CSR), you answer calls, make outbound calls, schedule new work orders, and answer questions about existing work orders. Leveraging your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, you promptly assist our clients, leaving them informed and happy after your interaction. You enjoy meeting new people and helping them with all their home inquiries!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISPATCH / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
- Call center or high call volume customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Good phone etiquette
- 2+ years of dispatch experience
