Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for tracking expenses in Quickbooks, monitoring and reconciling company accounts, receiving and issuing payments, and preparing accurate financial reports. The right candidate must be extremely detail oriented with a very good understanding of accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and record company expenses
  • Scan and organize documents
  • Receipt customer payments and escrow deposits
  • Assist with real estate closings and ensure completion of all documents
  • Perform data entry and any and all other administrative duties as directed by broker
  • Balance accounts and create daily balance reports
  • Generate weekly company financial reports and ensure all expenditures are in line with projections

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and extremely detail-oriented

Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule with approx 20 - 30 hours a week needed, Mon - Fri
