Job Requirements - Custom Picture Framer

• Serve internal and external clients with superior customer service
• Thorough knowledge and experience working with Wizard mat cutter and other framing equipment, including glass cutter
• Experience fitting, hinging and sewing custom projects
• Maintain organized and clean workspace
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

Required Skills - Custom Picture Framer

• Previous Custom Framing Design, Mat and Glass Cutting and Finishing experience
• Art/Design education, background, experience, and interest
• Excellent phone and computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Excellent organizational and self-management skills
• Must be detail and follow-through oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (store hours are 10:00am - 6:00pm)
• Weekend availability 

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• CUSTOM FRAMING: 1 year (Preferred)
• SALES: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
