Level 1 Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team! This person will provide outstanding customer service along with administrative support.

Essential Functions:

Answer incoming custumer calls regarding general customer service.Assign custumer requests to appropriate parties within company and clearly communicate those assignments.
Update and maintain a customer service smartsheet/database during and after each call. Ensure that each item is assigned to appropriate parties and closed out in a timely manner.
Follow up with to ensure that the issues were resolved in a satisfactory manner.
Produce a monthly report listing amount of calls, action items created and closed, outstanding items and feedback on follow up.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Greet and direct visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
Sort and distribute mail and incoming faxes.
Manage UPS shipping requests; sign for all incoming packages and distribute to recipients.
Organize and maintain cleanliness of reception and supply area.
Perform other duties and assignments as needed.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

Punctual, courteous, professional, and reliable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Skills and experience using accounting software (Yardi preferred).
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to multi task while greeting numerous incoming visitors and answering calls.
Two years of college preferred.
