Job DescriptionCompany Description
Our Tyler area client, a wholesale distributor of specialty products, is seeking someone to handle incoming orders from customers on a seasonal basis. Assignment should last through May 2021.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails from customers, and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately explain product offerings, answer questions and process product orders
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide clerical support as needed
Ideal candidates should have
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Reliability, initiative, a personable demeanor and professional integrity
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer database proficiency with accurate data entry ability
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, or 9:30 to 5:30 (your choice)
$10 an hour
