Breathe Healthier Air in Stuart, FL is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our HVAC service and installation company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $16-$18, commensurate with experience. In addition to the attractive pay, we provide company-wide benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage. You'll also receive two weeks of vacation time to start and sick leave paid in accordance with Florida law. This is a full-time position, and your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Picture yourself as the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll start your day by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with a warm and friendly attitude. As an expert multitasker, you'll handle parts ordering, efficiently schedule appointments, and perform data entry tasks with precision. Your exceptional organizational skills will shine as you assist with general office duties, ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to showcase your excellent customer service skills and provide top-notch support to our clients.
What it takes to be successful as a Customer Service Representative:
- Strong customer service skills: You have a friendly and professional demeanor, actively listen to customer needs, and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft/Google: You are comfortable navigating computer systems and utilizing various software applications.
- Experience in a customer service role: You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service position, enabling you to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- HVAC office experience (preferred): Previous experience working in an HVAC office is a significant advantage as it demonstrates your understanding of the industry.
The minimum requirements to be considered:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft/Google
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in an HVAC office (preferred)
