About The Role:
Breadless is looking for a visionary graphic designer to help execute the creative vision of our brand. The Graphic Designer, Brand + Social will play an integral role in the execution of marketing communications and social creative that support a range of initiatives for our growing, design-forward company.
Working alongside our founding team you will play a pivotal role in the creative identity and vision of Breadless. You will be responsible for helping to create innovative editorial and visual content that will build our brand, internally and externally, increase awareness and consumer engagement. We’re looking for the consummate visual storyteller - someone who is not afraid to take risks, experiment, and inspire our customers through thoughtful, consistent and aspirational design.
In this role, you will help us design for our social platforms, digital menu boards, and other marketing based efforts. Our ideal candidate is tuned into culture and skilled in creating digital content that connects with social audiences. You will also need a deep understanding of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat and have instinctive storytelling skills.
Create and deliver a range of cross-platform work. This can be anything from in-store visuals, marketing collateral, to branded content for social media and digital menu boards.
Execute a brilliant design language that elevates the customer experience.
Collaborate with content and marketing to create strong visuals and collateral to convey our messaging.
Create original social content, graphics and motion animation that is engaging and appeals to our social audience.
Design to optimize the customer journey throughout existing and upcoming Breadless locations.
Manage execution, production, and installation of signage graphics for various touchpoints of in-store customer experience (print, mosaics, wallpaper, neon, construction signage).
Research new trends and generate supportive mood boards/presentations that demonstrate strategic ideas for newness (signage, merchandising, art).
Student or recent graduate of design degree (graphic, interior, production, architecture, or related field).
Design centered portfolio showcasing knowledge of print production, layout design, and digital design understanding.
A deep understanding of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat
High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. Bonus if proficient in Final Cut Pro/Premiere.
Ability to design for a variety of outputs with dynamic, flexible creative.
Team player; understand the importance of collaboration.
Ability to drive ideation and execution based on data and business objectives.
Be a self-starter who has a constant desire to improve and remain innovative in an ever-evolving marketplace.
