Desktop Analyst

  • 10+ years in Help Desk/Desktop/Security Provision role
  • Must have strong customer service skills with a desire to help people
  • Proficient in Active Directory with experience in access provisioning
  • Assist with the resolution and follow up of access-related problems
  • Effective end user communication, analytical skills & customer oriented
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision and work together with small and large teams
  • Basic knowledge in troubleshooting network connections with some understanding of basic TCP/IP concepts.
  • Strong IT technical skills (Desktop/Laptop/Applications trouble shooting skill)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Hours will be an 8 hour shift with 1 hour lunch: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
