Brave One is the eCommerce growth agency. We work with emerging eCommerce brands to dramatically scale their revenue through paid acquisition and conversion rate optimization. We’re seeking a new team member to join us as an Account Manager.
The Account Manager role at Brave One is the link between the client and our team. The Account Manager works with the client to set their strategy and determine where we can make the most impact. They work internally with the team to ensure we are delivering as much value, as quickly as possible.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Guiding clients during weekly meetings
- Working with internal teams to execute on your strategy
- Helping the entire team deliver value to the clients you manage
- Responding to client inquiries and guiding them to successful outcomes
- Managing client relationships and ensure their overall satisfaction with Brave One
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a client facing role
- Ideally have proven eCommerce experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree
- Deep digital advertising and eCommerce technology capabilities
- Based in San Francisco, and able to work from our offices in North Beach
