The BGCGM IT team is focused on using technology to enable our staff, clubs, and programs to be more efficient, effective, and engaging so they can provide the greatest impact on the kids we serve.
BGCGM is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in downtown Milwaukee. The IT Support Specialist will work on-site and remotely to support our staff, clubs, and programs throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area.

BGCGM is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in downtown Milwaukee. The IT Support Specialist will work on-site and remotely to support our staff, clubs, and programs throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, prioritize and triage new support tickets
- Support end-user devices (builds, troubleshooting, patches, apps, etc.)
- Support fleet of Chromebooks
- Printer & Copier Support
- Event & Meeting Setup & Support
- Basic LAN, WAN, & WIFI troubleshooting
- Administer Active Directory Users & Computers
- Maintain Asset Inventory
- Other duties as assigned by Director of IT
Experience:
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Experience supporting Active Directory
- Experience supporting Office 365
- Ability to configure and provide basic troubleshooting for network devices (switches, WAPs, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, Unifi products, or FortiGates is a plus
- Must have a valid WI driver's license, a vehicle to be used for work, and meet state required automobile insurance minimums
- This position is active and the employee will regularly be required to stand, walk, carry, climb, crouch, crawl, and carry or lift more than 50 pounds.
- As with all IT positions, after-hours and weekend availability will occasionally be required.
Education:
- IT related Associates Degree OR comparable certifications/experience
- 2-3 years of experience (3-5 without degree)
