Boylston Staffing is looking for Temporary to Hire Client Care Coordinator for a company in the Healthcare Services industry.
- Answering phone, greet visitors in a pleasant professional manner, assist with the hiring process of new employees, process billing using quickbooks and excel, manage payroll, enter information into database, organizing mail, process background checks, order supplies, attend meetings, and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work independently as well with a team, able to maintain confidentiality, be organized, able to follow standard operation procedures, have excellent computer skills, able to learn new software programs, able to establish and maintain relationships, eager to work in a growing fast paced environment, Excel and Quickbooks preferred.
The hours are 8:00am-4:00pm working on-site in an office with potential to work remote 1-2 days per week.
The pay is $17/hr.
Position is located in Norwell.
