Bowman and Brooke LLP is a nationally recognized trial law firm focused in product liability defense litigation. We are passionate about what we do and our practice continues to grow. Our Phoenix, Arizona office is searching for a Litigation Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience to join our team of legal professionals.

Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including discovery requests and responses.
- Compile, analyze and summarize case materials and medical records and prepare case evaluations.
- Manage large volumes of electronic case files to ensure information is organized according to firm standards.
- Perform factual investigations.
- Produce and manage document productions.
- Assist in all phases of case preparation including discovery and trial attendance (nationwide).
Requirements
- Advanced research and writing skills.
- Superior customer service skills (internal and external).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work overtime and travel out-of-state for trial support.
Technology
- Strong PC/technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience using document management systems (iManage preferred) and other related industry tools such as Relativity, Summation, Trial Director and/or other document review platforms.
- Experience with electronic billable time programs. Expert Time experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- A 4-year college degree or a paralegal certificate preferred.
- 3+ years of defense litigation experience required.
- Experience in product liability litigation preferred.
- Will consider a combination of education and experience.
