Job Description

Respected financial advisor seeking Client Service Manager to join their esteemed, close-knit team. This individual will provide comprehensive support to successful Portfolio Manager and serve as a true right-hand.

Duties will include:

-Assisting with new client inquiries

-Establishing new accounts and processing onboarding documents  

-Organizing and leading client training calls

-Handling account maintenance tasks, such as deposits, performance reporting, and cash disbursements  

-Maintaining and updating internal and portfolio management databases as necessary

-Collaborating with leadership team on special projects and initiatives

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of client service experience with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), investment management firm, or broker/dealer. Experience with custodian partners such as Schwab or TD Ameritrade, Black Diamond software, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.

Candidates must have an undergraduate degree (Finance, Business, and Economics is preferred), be client-service oriented, and exhibit high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a family office is a plus!
