We are seeking to hire a sharp, polished Legal Contracts Administrator to join a recognized real estate developer in Carlsbad, CA. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support in all development areas. Responsibilities include preparing documents, attending meetings and preparing minutes, maintaining the calendar, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate sets high standards for themselves, is highly organized, has 1-2 years of experience in an admin role, and is tech-savvy.

  • Contract preparation
  • Draft legal documents
  • Assist development staff with day-to-day support
  • Preparing and arranging the execution of legal documents
  • Attending meetings and preparing minutes


  • 1-2 years of Admin experience
  • Bachelor's degree with GPA (3.5 -4.0) preferred
  • Highly organized and analytical
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Personal accountability and enthusiasm for achieving company goals
