This is a hybrid role located in Scottsdale, AZ.
- Serve as 1st point of contact for assisting customers-vendors
- Handle registering accounts and billing duties
- Onboarding of new customers (Salesforce)
- Advocate for and own the company-client relationship
- 3-5 years of customer service experience required
- Professional demeanor and strong sense of accountability
- HS Diploma required
- Salesforce and MSFT Suite
- Tech-savvy, comfort with Salesforce, MSFT suite, VOP phone and headset, and smart phones
